We work with each of our therapists and support staff to find a schedule that works for them and the company including part-time, full-time, or PRN work hours for 9 month or 12 month positions. We also understand that needs may change as your family or other outside obligations change- we work with each staff member to meet their needs to maintain the long-term relationship.

Given the nature of clinicians’ degrees and considering each individual’s level of experience, we do not micromanage.
