The Aaris Difference: Diagnostic, Problem-Solving, Skill-Building

The Aaris Occupational Therapy (OT) team is committed to helping children and young adults build essential life skills. Our OTs work with a wide range of ages and needs, from teaching young children through play, to helping school age children with academic functional tasks such as reading, writing and developing a signature, to teenagers learning to type and young adults mastering daily living activities like cooking, laundry, and banking. Through ongoing diagnostics and a focus on fine motor, visual-perceptual skills, and self-regulation, we help children develop the strengths they need to live fulfilling lives.

We serve a wide range of occupational therapy needs, including:

Frequently Asked Questions

What does occupational therapy help with?

Our OT team helps children build fine motor skills, visual perceptual skills, self-regulation, and daily living skills like dressing, writing, and cooking. We work with kids from early childhood through young adulthood.

We work with a wide range of ages, from young children learning through play to teenagers and young adults mastering tasks like typing, laundry, and banking.

IF your child has received an occupational therapy evaluation from a school as part of their ETR (Evaluation Team Report) or from another facility within the past year, we can accept that evaluation and begin with a consultation visit so we may gather baseline data on the skills your child has. IF your child has never received an evaluation, we begin with a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation to understand your child’s needs before building an individualized treatment plan.
