General Questions
While we do not directly bill insurance companies, we are able to provide you with a superbill that provides all necessary information for you to submit to insurance to get reimbursed when you privately pay for services. You will want to check with your insurance company if they cover the service you are seeking and if you are able to submit for reimbursement.
Absolutely!
This varies depending on the service you are seeking, time of year, and other variables. Students who are placed on our waiting list typically receive services within 2-3 months.
We work with students from birth to age 21.
You do NOT need a referral from your physician for private pay or scholarship services. If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, you will likely need a script from your pediatrician for insurance purposes.
(Due to being a scholarship provider parents assume we do it all)
We are NOT a school. While we provide all related services that a child with an IEP would receive if they were attending school, we do not provide curriculum or general education teachers, we do not have classrooms of multiple students to one instructor.
Currently on Tuesday afternoons/ evenings; however, this may change based on enrollment and programming needs.
Aaris Therapy Group has over the past nearly 10 years become an essential part of our son’s care. Our son has CP and, whether it is in home speech therapy or other therapies or now (over the past 4 or 5 years) it is all therapies on location, the staff and therapists at Aaris have done a tremendous job with him. Tiffany Hulburt in particular is one of my go to people for him and his care. She developed a summer school program for him which we now follow for the past several years. I highly recommend Aaris. My son would not being doing as well without Aaris.
My son has been a part of Aaris since he was 3 and now he is 18. They are amazing and knowledgeable. They are a HUGE part of J’s team. They are totally invested in his progress. I have been able to watch and even participate in group sessions. I have been to speech sessions to learn how to best help J when he was young and was gaining language, and recently to learn how to help improve his communication. Aaris was his scholarship provider, and went above and beyond for my kid’s benefit. We would not have had the success we’ve had without them. I totally trust them with my son. I highly recommend them!
I am so pleased with the progress my son is showing from all the therapists. We are also blessed to have a very patient and kind aide for him!!! Everyone is highly qualified, educationally and by experience. I recommend Aaris to everyone no matter the situation! I see the staff at Aaris as part of our family!
