Open Therapist Positions at Aaris Therapy: Join Our Growing Family

For over two decades, Aaris Therapy Group has been making a real difference in the lives of children and families across Northeast Ohio. Since 2003, we’ve built something special: a workplace where talented therapists don’t just do their jobs, they find their home. Today, we’re excited to announce that we’re growing, and we want you to be part of our team.

Aaris Therapy Started With a Mission

Aaris Therapy Group was founded by a working mother for working mothers and fathers. That origin story matters because it’s woven into everything we do. Our leadership understands the real challenges of balancing professional excellence with personal well-being, which is why flexibility and respect for your time aren’t just policy at Aaris, they’re core to who we are.

What Makes Aaris Different

Flexibility That Actually Works

We get it: life happens. Family needs change. You might need part-time hours for a season, or you might want to transition to full-time. Maybe you’re looking for nine-month positions aligned with the school year, or you prefer working year-round. We work with you, not around you. Our flexible scheduling options include part-time, full-time, and PRN positions so you can find what works for your situation.

Real Professional Growth

We believe in building clinicians, not just filling positions. Aaris invests in your continuing education through our robust CEU program and specialized training opportunities in evidence-based approaches. We support your professional development at every stage of your career.

A Culture Built on Respect

Whether you’re a seasoned clinician with years of experience or a newly licensed professional, you’ll find a workplace that respects your expertise and supports your growth. We practice what we call autonomy with support: we trust your professional judgment while ensuring you have the resources and guidance you need. And our administrative open-door policy? It’s genuine. Leadership really does want to hear from you about what’s working, what’s not, and what you need to succeed.

Longevity Matters

Long-term therapists and support staff form the strong foundation of Aaris Therapy. We’re not looking to hire and turnover; we’re looking for professionals who want to build a career with us. That commitment to keeping great people means competitive benefits, including healthcare, HSA options with company contributions, life insurance, IRA retirement plans with company matching, paid time off, and company-issued technology.

A Real Team, Not Just Coworkers

One of our therapists said it best: “My favorite part of my job is the people I get to work with!” Not only are we a team, but we’re family. You’ll find friendship, mentorship, and genuine support from colleagues who understand the demands of your work because they do it too. This isn’t corporate culture speak; it’s reflected in how we show up for each other.

Current Positions We’re Hiring For

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? We’re seeking SLPs to work with students in school and outpatient settings across Trumbull and Mahoning Counties. Whether it’s part-time flexibility or full-time commitment, we have opportunities that work with your schedule. You’ll work with students who have diverse needs, including autism spectrum disorder, low verbal or non-verbal abilities, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome, in addition to your traditional articulation and language disorders.

If you hold an Ohio SLP license and have experience with AAC or students with ASD and other developmental differences, we want to hear from you.

Occupational Therapist (OTR)

If you’re passionate about helping children thrive and reach their full potential, this role might be for you. We’re seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (must be OTR) to join our dynamic team working with students with autism spectrum disorder, in addition to other developmental delays. Part-time to full-time positions are available with flexible day hours.

You’ll work in both clinic and school settings, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to meaningful progress for the students you serve. If you have a behavioral background or the willingness to grow your skills working alongside our BCBAs, this could be an excellent fit.
